Berkshire Capital Financial, LLC (“BCF”) provides value-added financing solutions for most commercial real estate property types nationwide, including advising on, arranging or directly lending interim, mezzanine, construction and/or permanent financing for conforming or non-conforming deal underwriting.
BCF originates, processes and packages commercial mortgages loans in the following manor:
- as an originating lender for bridge or ‘B’ piece loan financing where we close and service the loans via related entities;

as a correspondent lender for permanent mortgages where we either close loans in BCF’s name via a table funding relationship or we represent the lender who closes the loan and pays BCF from pricing. In either of these circumstances BCF does not retain servicing;
- as a financial advisor with full processing and pre-underwriting capabilities for all forms of commercial real estate debt financing.
Our senior staff has been selected with a minimum of twenty years experience from either the commercial mortgage industry or real estate investment professions. Current staffing of BCF has twelve Loan Officers, two Loan Underwriters, one Senior Loan Underwriter, one Director of Sales and David Soares as CEO.
